Virtually Aligned Values 〰️

We're a values driven company, established because we value and love so many things - people, purpose, passion, and good quality service to name a few.

You know the work is getting done, when it's supposed to, by someone who actually did it. We implement this through a team of staff so your practice doesn't take a hit if someone's sick or away. We schedule you in for "shifts," so there's clear communication on exactly when we'll be working on your practice. And as tasks get done, we tick them off so you're never left wondering what's happened and what hasn't.

Reliability

We build clear, concise systems and SOPs so there’s no ambiguity and no guessing on how your practice works. As tasks get done, we tick them off, so you're never left wondering what's happened and what hasn't. And we're always happy to keep you updated on exactly what we've done in your practice because you shouldn't be left guessing. We’re accountable to you and ourselves.

Clarity is also about communication between us, you, and our staff. We take feedback seriously, and our staff are trained in taking it well and actioning it accordingly. No guilt on your end, and no settling for mediocre work just because you don't want to have to manage someone's emotions.

Clarity

We’re detail-oriented because that's what a high performing practice actually needs. You shouldn't have to check through everything we’ve done with a fine tooth comb… because then what's the point? We know that takes trust, and we know trust has to be earned, but it's exactly what we aim for. We’ll be so consistent in our quality that you’ll feel confident enough delegating tasks and actually getting your time back to do more important things.

Quality

We value our relationships so much that we make it a priority to share how things are going and we want you to feel just as comfortable doing the same with us. We've rage quit on support staff before, and we know exactly how that feels. We don't want you to ever feel that way with us.

We're also honest and upfront about our scope of practice. We'll always communicate clearly what we can and can’t do for you.

We acknowledge that mistakes are bound to happen. We front up and let you know first. You'll never hear it from anyone but us. We also front up and fix them.

Nothing changes behind your back either. If you want us to use AI to maximise efficiency, ethically and safely, we will. If not, we do it ourselves.

And if we automate your systems so well that things get faster and easier. That's a bonus and a big cost saving expense to you! We don't book up the hours and act like we didn't just change the game for your practice.

Honesty

We care about your wellbeing, and our own. Private practice can be isolating and lonely but we're here to cheer you on and be your biggest supporter. We celebrate your wins. We care about your preferences for how we work together, and we remember them - how you like your diary managed, how you like your client communications handled, all of it.

Care might also look like tough love, if that's what you want us to be. We'll go "um, are you okay with having that many client sessions this week?" We'll notice when you've stopped scheduling lunch. We'll say something.

Care

Us and our team only have this opportunity because you trust and support us. We respect that. Your word is final. We show our respect in the way we communicate, the way we treat you and your clients, in every interaction, big or small. And we don't get too big for our boots once we get comfortable. We keep it humble.

Respect

We get the importance of ethics and we understand it's the foundation your whole practice is built on. We integrate this by staying across our legal, professional, and ethical obligations, and we take them as seriously as you do.

We're founded on a social-justice based sensitivity, and as such, we reserve the right to not undertake unethical work - be it billing, policies, or anything else that doesn't sit right with us. Don't worry, we'll bring it up with you first of course. And honestly? Isn’t that a part of our job? To be a second set of ours and to keep things compliant. We’re on it!
