Do you do packages?

Right now, we work on an hourly basis across our tiers so you only pay for what you need and use. If a package or retainer option makes more sense for you down the track, get in touch and we can chat about it.
Do you only work with certain allied health professions?

Our niche and skillset is very much allied health focused alongside NDIS support businesses. We're always open to a chat, wherever you sit. We're also happy to support NDIS participants directly with admin support, body doubling, help with routines, and/or whatever makes your life easier.
It sounds too good to be true?!?

Yeah, we get it. But if we don't hope and dream, what do we have? We hold ourselves to these standards for a reason. And because we work by the hour, there's no commitment if you want to give us a go.
Will I always have the same person supporting me?

We aim to have regular, familiar people working with you, because we know continuity matters. But we also lean on a team, so your practice never takes a hit if someone's sick or away.
Only if you want us to, and only if we can do it ethically and safely. If not, we do it ourselves. Either way, we're upfront about it, and we'd never book up hours as though we hadn't automated something.

Do you use AI?
What happens if I want to leave, or bring admin back in-house?

You can, any time. We don't gatekeep the information - the SOPs and systems we build for you are yours to keep. Just don’t sham contract because we will side-eye you.
